We pull forcefully on the inner handle of the locked door; at the same time, we tap firmly on the door panel in the area where the electric lock (the actuator) is located. It is usually in the lower part of the panel, near the edge of the door. Repeat the same sequence until the lock unlocks. Once the door is open, use the remote control to lock and unlock the car several times. This helps the system to reset. As the video also mentions, this is only an emergency procedure.
