Volkswagen Golf - Video tutorial
Model: Volkswagen Golf
MK 7, Golf 7, Golf VII
- Years 2012-2019 Let's see how to replace the rear brake pads on a Volkswagen Golf 7 Series. We lift the car with a column spike (up to the desired height), immediately after we go to remove the rim (with a telescopic wrench or compressed air drill) with the respective locking pins. We unscrew the locking pin of the brake caliper, remove the same from the wheel support; we remove the pads from the wheel hub caliper with a screwdriver: we are going to mount the new pads on the brake caliper. We mount the brake caliper with the holder on the brake disc, tighten all the pins and mount the wheel.
