How to Replace the Rear Brake Pads on a Volkswagen Golf?

To replace the rear brake pads on a Volkswagen Golf, lift the car using a jack or ramp and unscrew the bolts securing the rear wheel corresponding to the pads to be replaced. Once the wheel is removed, unscrew the bolts securing the caliper to the disc so that it can be removed. After the caliper is removed, slide out the pads inside and replace them with new spare parts. Once these are secured, position the caliper back onto the disc and reinstall the wheel.
