How do you remove the seat from a Volkswagen Golf 4?

The need has arisen to wash our Volkswagen Golf 4 seat, or is the upholstery worn and needs to be replaced? It doesn't take much time to remove it from the cabin; anyone can tackle and complete this job. We have a video of the seat that shows us how to do it, which, like almost all seats in other cars, has attachment points at its base using pins—two in the front and two in the back. We remove the front pins, then slide the seat forward and unscrew the rear pins. That's it; the job is done.
