How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Golf 6?

You can clear the Service light from the instrument cluster of the Volkswagen Golf 6 by turning on the ignition to access the menu on the display: navigate right using the arrows on the right side of the steering wheel until you find the "SETTINGS" option. At this point, scroll down to select "Service interval" and then "Reset". After selecting these options, a confirmation message will appear, where you need to confirm the reset by pressing the OK button; once the operation is complete, you can verify that the light has been cleared.
