How to Remove the Right Front Headlight on a Volkswagen Golf

How to proceed with the removal of a right front headlight on a Volkswagen Golf 6. Open the bonnet by pulling the bonnet release lever and secure it. Remove the front bumper (if necessary for headlight removal), unscrew the securing bolts on the headlight bar using a socket or battery-powered screwdriver. At this point, you will find additional bolts at the bottom of the headlight, unscrew them. Disconnect the bulb holders from the headlight and remove the headlight from the vehicle body. Fit the new headlight with new bulbs if damaged (always ensure they are the correct type and size) and insert the headlight into its housing. Finally, reattach the front bumper. Test the correct operation of the lights.
