How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Tiguan?

To completely clear the Service light from the instrument cluster of the Volkswagen Tiguan, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch to power on the cluster: once activated, navigate to the menu that appears on the display to find the screen showing the remaining mileage. When this screen is displayed, press and hold the OK button to access the next screen: from here, select the "Reset inspection" option to make the light disappear. At the end of the procedure, you can turn off the ignition.
