How to Disable Start&Stop System on Volkswagen Touareg

Today, we will explain how to temporarily disable the Start&Stop system on a Volkswagen Touareg produced from 2010 to 2018. To disable the system, start the vehicle and before entering the road, press the "off" button located on the central dashboard. This will deactivate the system, which can be reactivated by pressing the button again or by starting the engine. It is possible to permanently disable the system by making modifications via the OBD port and diagnostic computer or by removing the Start&Stop motor located under the car's battery.
