How to replace the battery in the key fob of a Volkswagen T-Roc? Here’s how to do it: take your key fob and press the button to release the metal key. Once extracted, use a lever to separate the two covers as shown in the video (separate the cap from the rest of the cover). Remove the worn battery from the housing (after separating the two halves of the covers), take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the plastic in the key fob cover, finally inserting the metal key back into the cover. Check the proper functioning of the key fob.
