How to Reset the Service Light of the Volkswagen Jetta?

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 6, A6 - Years 2010-2018
Part: Service warning light

To completely eliminate the Service light displayed on the instrument cluster of the Volkswagen Jetta, press and hold the 0.0/SET button located on the right side of the instrument cluster while it is off: continue holding the button while inserting the ignition key into the lock and turning it to switch on the instrument cluster. Keep holding the button until the light is cleared; at that point, you can release the button and complete the procedure by turning off the instrument cluster and removing the key.
