How to Replace the Fuel Filter on a Volkswagen Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010
Part: Diesel fuel filter

Today, you will learn how to replace the fuel filter on your Volkswagen Passat. First, open the bonnet and locate the filter (it is on the left side of the engine bay). Use a hex key to remove the bolts around the circumference of the cover where the filter is located. Once done, remove the cover, disconnect the filter, and take off the cover gasket. Now, insert the new gasket first, then the filter, and place it where it belongs. Finally, screw the bolts back into the cover, and you will have finished the job.
