Remove Front Headlight on VW Polo

Model: Volkswagen Polo MK III, Polo III, Polo 3, MK 3, 6N - Years 1994-2003

Is the front headlight on your VW Polo damaged? Here’s how to remove and replace it. Lift the front bonnet by pulling the bonnet release lever and secure it. Undo the securing bolts above the headlight's plastic cover with a socket spanner. Disconnect the bulb holder from the headlight and remove the headlight from the front of the car. Install the new headlight with new bulbs if damaged (ensure they are the correct type and size) and insert the headlight into its housing. Tighten the bolts above the headlight with the socket spanner. Test the correct operation of the lights by turning on the switches.
