Replacing the Front Headlight on a VW Polo

Model: Volkswagen Polo Polo 5, Polo V, MK 5, MK V, 6R - Years 2009-2017

Disassembly of the damaged and irreparable front headlight. Here's how to disassemble it. Open the bonnet by pulling the bonnet release lever and secure it. Unscrew the retaining screws above the headlight using a socket wrench. Disconnect the power connectors of the headlight. Remove the bulb holders from the headlight and extract the headlight from the vehicle body using your hands. Fit the new headlight along with new bulbs if damaged (always of the correct type and size). Tighten the screws above the headlight with the previously used socket wrench. Test the correct operation of the bulbs in the new headlight.
