Replacing the water pump on a Volkswagen Polo? Let's see how it disassembles. We pull the bar located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the bonnet putting it in safety. We disassemble the engine soundproofing panel, remove the belt from the water pump. We unscrew all the locking pins above the water pump. Once the disassembly is finished, remove the pump from the engine compartment. We insert the new water pump into the suitable housing, screw in the locking pins, connect the belt. We mount the soundproofing panel of the engine. We test the engine.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise.
