Removing the Bulb from a Volkswagen New Beetle

In this video, you will see how to remove the front headlight bulb from the Volkswagen New Beetle up to the year 2011. First, open the bonnet of your car: unscrew the headlight support screw and then remove the surrounding water tubes (this will give you more space). At this point, extract the headlight from your New Beetle by disconnecting the connector and pressing the tab. To remove the bulb, lift the tab and take off the plastic cover: unclip the spring and pull out the bulb!
