Removing the Handle on a VW Jetta

Is the door handle damaged? Here’s how to remove the handle from the door of a Volkswagen Jetta. Remove the cover cap from the hole. Insert a suitable metal key into the slot above the door (release the left piece), then use a plastic lever to remove the cover of the handle. Pull out the left part of the handle, then slide it off the car's panel. Compare the handle with the new one and prepare for installation. Insert the new handle with lock and cover into the door. Test the correct installation and operation of the Jetta's handle.
