Replacing Speakers on a VW Jetta

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 6, A6 - Years 2010-2018

Is the speaker in your car not working? Let’s remove the door cover to access and replace it. Disconnect the battery terminals for safety. Remove the door panel, detach the connectors for the window lifters and speakers. Now that the door panel is removed, peel off the adhesive cover (pull it off carefully). Undo the securing screws or rivets on the sides of the speaker. Replace the part and reassemble everything in reverse order. Refit all the cover pieces after securing the new speaker. Turn on the car radio and test the speaker.
