Removing the Door Lock on Volkswagen Polo

Today, you will see the main steps to remove the front door lock on a Volkswagen Polo. First, open the door and remove the plastic cover of the handle using a plastic lever; then unscrew the screws located underneath. Next, remove the side screws of the panel and pull it towards yourself to detach it, disconnecting the rear cables. Now, take off the inner panel covering and unscrew the lock screws with a T30 Torx spanner: extract the handle and the lock cylinder!
