Here are the steps to remove and replace the rear door lock on a Volkswagen Polo. First, open the rear door of the vehicle and start by removing the door panel, unscrewing the fixing screws and removing the window handle; then proceed to remove the lock by unscrewing the module screws and disconnecting the central locking connector, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace the lock with a new original one, and finally reassemble the door trim.
