In this guide, we will provide instructions to remove and replace the lock cylinder of the door on the Volkswagen Polo. First, open the driver's side front door and begin unscrewing the side fixing screw of the lock cylinder; then, lever the side to remove it, detaching the handle if necessary, as shown in the video. At this point, carry out the repair or replacement of the lock cylinder; if replacing, you will also need to replace the key (which will be different from the ignition key).
