Remove the Golf 4 interior door panel? Let's see how the door can be removed from above. We unscrew the tightening screw located under the door panel. We remove the cover of the internal handle: there are screws in it, let's unscrew them. We remove the cover panel from above the door. Let's not lose all the interlocking clips placed behind the plastic panel disassembled first. We replace the damaged panel with a new one of the same type. We fasten the door cover panel and screw in the clamping screws. We complete the assembly with the inside handle cover.
