Removing Headlight Bulbs on VW Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

Let's look at removing the front headlight bulbs on the Passat. Open the front bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard, and secure it with the prop rod. Locate the inspection cap of the headlight (located at the back of the headlight) and remove it. At this point, you will find the bulbs with metal clips; pull the bulb holders out of the headlight and extract the damaged bulbs using a screwdriver. Install the new bulbs, insert the bulb holder back into the headlight. Turn on the ignition with the remote key and test the lights.
