This guide shows how to remove the radio from a Golf 6 with the appropriate trim. Use plastic levers to remove the radio.

Insert the levers into the slots on either side between the plastic trim of the radio and the unit itself: pull the plastic trim towards you. Unscrew the securing screws of the radio once the trim is removed. Carefully extract the radio, being mindful of the various wiring (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable).

After removing the old radio, install the new one (either original or a generic brand). Test the new radio after completing the installation.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
