Replacing the Volkswagen Touran Key Remote Battery

In this video, we will see how to disassemble and replace the battery of the key remote for a first-generation Volkswagen Touran. First, take your remote and use something thin to pry the sides to open the remote into two parts; then remove the rear cover to access the battery. At this point, remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a 3V CR 2032); simply insert it the right way round and reassemble the two halves of the remote, as shown in the video!
