First of all, the battery and the support base must be removed to access the gearbox oil filter: it is a cartridge filter. Then intercept the gear oil drain plug and unscrew it with a 14 hexagonal wrench applying a tray to collect the used oil underneath; in addition to the metal cap, a second plastic cap inside, with an elongated shape, must be unscrewed, which is used to regulate the oil level in the gearbox; once the drain is complete, screw both caps back on eliminating any metal residues and do not apply the new washer to the metal cap now as it will have to be disassembled again to adjust the level. Then fill the gearbox with new oil according to the SAE specifications and the quantities indicated in the use and maintenance manual, through the filter housing; finally apply the new filter and the cap after having also replaced the o-rings. Reassemble the battery. Start the engine and engage all gears of the automatic transmission. Finally, unscrew the metal cap only, drain the excess oil to adjust the level and screw it back on now by replacing the metal washer.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308

If we need to change the time on this car we can follow the instructions given in this video tutorial and read the instructions below. First of all, access the driver's seat and turn on the ignition.
