Replace Front Brake Pads

Replacing the brake pads is a fairly simple but delicate operation as the safety of the vehicle can be compromised. Remove the wheel and undo the retaining nuts of the cylinders. Take out the cylinder assembly and remove the worn pads with a screwdriver, being careful not to scratch the brake disc. Clean the supports and all parts thoroughly, then refit the new pads, ensuring they are correctly seated in the supports. Use a puller to remove the cylinder and replace it with a new one or reposition the old one. Refit the cylinder assembly.
