Replacing the Thermostat on a VW Golf 4

Do you want to replace the coolant thermostat on a Volkswagen Golf? Let's see how to remove the damaged part from inside the engine bay. Unscrew the bolts of the thermostat hose (use a socket wrench with the appropriate sockets), pull out the sealing cap of the housing and extract the coolant thermostat. Insert the new part and close with the hose cap. Tighten the bolts properly, and you're done. Ensure that the new thermostat is correctly inserted and mounted in the appropriate housing. Start the car engine and test its operation.
