Video tutorial
In this short video, let's see how to open the car in case of emergency when the remote battery is flat; in this case, on a Volkswagen Passat B7 and B8. To open the car, first remove the physical key from the remote; then pry open the cover of the opening handle (there's a small designated hole at the bottom) to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, you will be able to open your car by inserting and turning the key in the lock; you can also perform the same operation to lock the vehicle.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow to Activate the Disabled TRC on the Toyota Yaris?
As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake. Once disabled, the TRC off light will illuminate on the dashboard. To reactivate it, just press the same button again. by ScegliAuto More videos
