In order to easily remove the emblem (which is glued with double-sided tape) it is suggested to heat it with a hairdryer in order to loosen the grip of the glue; once heated, pry it with a thin plastic stick (you can also use an old phone card or a credit card) and remove the emblem. Then remove the glue residues by rubbing with your fingertips and finally clean with anti-silicone or normal solvent (be careful not to discolour the paint). The new emblem (or the repainted one itself) can always be fixed with double-sided tape).
