How to Remove the Door Panel and Glass on VW Touran

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015

Do you want to remove the glass from inside the car door? Here’s how to take off the cover panel and the glass from the Touran. First, detach the plastic covering the internal handle, then unscrew the securing screws located in the door panel. Remove the window switch and disconnect the electrical connector. Take off the cover panel from above the side door (use a plastic or metal lever for assistance), and disconnect the power connectors. Remove the covering part that conceals the door: there are securing screws to unscrew. Finally, take off the internal cover and remove the various attached pieces in the door.
