Removing the Dashboard on Volkswagen Golf mk2

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 2, Golf 2 - Years 1983-1992
Part: Dashboard

First, lift the bonnet and remove the bolts located at the back of the dashboard, beneath the windscreen. Next, open both front doors and remove the two side bolts (one on each side) of 8 mm. Remove the central steering wheel bolt of 24 mm and take off the steering wheel. Then, unscrew the bolts underneath the dashboard (under the steering area). To remove the air vents, simply unscrew the fixing screws and disconnect the connectors. Follow the steps in the video to dismantle everything.
