Replacing the spark plugs on a Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI is very simple. Let's see how to proceed. For this operation, you will need: a 10mm socket, a 5/8 spark plug socket, and a 10mm spanner. Start by removing the engine cover and unscrew the 4 nuts from the 10mm coil mass. Disconnect all the indicated connectors and remove the entire coil pack. Now, insert the 5/8 socket into the spark plug slot, unlock it, and unscrew it. Fitting the new spark plug will be just as simple; just follow the same procedure in reverse. Repeat the process for the other 3 spark plugs.
