Operation: How to replace the rear light bulb on the Volkswagen Golf 6

The guide shows how to replace the rear brake light bulb on the car. First you need to get into the trunk and to the side to be operated on. At this point, the glove compartment must be opened (using the two knobs) and the headlight cover panel removed (just apply a little force because the piece is held by a clip), so as to show the back of the light. Now, by pressing the two plastic tabs on the side of the lamp holder, it is possible to let it come out of the work seat. Once the bulb to be replaced has been selected, just press and rotate it anticlockwise in order to disconnect it and be able to remove it. Insert the new bulb by pressing and turning clockwise. At this point you can reassemble the lamp holder, reassemble the side panel and close the glove compartment. Check the correct functioning of the replaced part. The operation is finished.
