In this video the petrol filter of a Volkswagen Golf is disassembled, analyzed and replaced. Jack up the car and locate the filter and the box that contains it. Disassemble the whole piece by unscrewing the screws of the support clamps and its bolts; for the latter use a ratchet wrench with extension. Remove it and detach it from the pipes to which it is connected. Disconnect the electrical connections. To clean the old filter, shake it to remove the petrol residues. Remove the old filter from the holder by cutting the clamps that hold it. Place a new filter in the holder in the same position as the previous one, then reassemble everything as before.
