In today's tutorial, we will see how to disassemble and replace the V-belt and tensioner of the Volkswagen Polo 1.2 petrol (9N), three cylinders. First, open the engine bonnet and start loosening the belt tensioner to remove it; then unscrew the pulley bolt using a Torx T50 key. At this point, unscrew the bolt of the tensioner to remove it and replace it with the new one (using the original part); now clean the area of the belt from any residual dirt before reassembling everything.
