How to Reset the Service and Inspection on the Volkswagen Passat

To reset the service and inspection on the Volkswagen Passat, follow these steps: To reset the service, press and hold the "0.0" button on the instrument cluster and simultaneously press the button to turn on the instrument cluster until the message "reset oil change due date?" appears. Release the button, press the "0.0" button again on the instrument cluster, and the message "indicator reset" will appear, indicating that the service has been reset. You can then press the button to turn off the instrument cluster. To reset the inspection, with the instrument cluster off, press and hold the "0.0" button and simultaneously press the button to turn on the instrument cluster until the message "reset inspection?" appears. Release the button, press the "0.0" button again on the instrument cluster, and the message "indicator reset" will appear, indicating that the inspection has been reset. You can then press the button to turn off the instrument cluster.
