To remove the door panel from the Volkswagen Polo, first loosen the screw located at the top left of the door, towards the inside. Next, using a flathead screwdriver, remove the plastic cover of the grab handle to access the two screws underneath.

At this point, you can unclip all the retaining clips of the panel and pull it outwards. Before fully removing it, disconnect the relevant connectors; once the old panel is removed, you can install a new one.
