How to Activate the Wipers on the Volkswagen Golf 7?

To activate the wipers on the Volkswagen Golf 7, turn on the instrument cluster and lower the lever to the left of the steering wheel. The further down you lower the lever, the faster the wipers will move. To spray the washer fluid from the nozzles, pull the lever towards you. When the wipers are turned off, they will return to the neutral position: you can lift them by turning off the instrument cluster and slightly lowering the lever. This will raise the blades enough to be replaced if necessary.
