Engine Oil Removal and Replacement

This video illustrates how to remove and replace the engine oil in your car. Before starting to remove the engine oil, it is advisable to start the car to warm the oil, making it easier and more complete to drain when you unscrew the oil sump plug. Once the car is positioned on the lift, remove the undertray to access the oil plug located on the sump. Once a container is placed under the plug, unscrew it and let the oil drain into it; before re-screwing the plug, remember to replace the copper washer. Finally, refill the sump with new oil, checking the level with the dipstick.
