Where is the Fuse Box Located on a Volkswagen Jetta

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 5, A5 - Years 2005-2010

Unlike many other models, our Volkswagen Jetta has only one fuse box, which is located in the cabin. It is situated near the steering column on the driver's side, where there is a compartment at the lowest part of the dashboard. The compartment opens easily as it is spring-loaded; just pull it slightly. Inside, you will find all the fuses for the vehicle, but it lacks the tool to remove them without damaging them, which many other vehicles do have. To check if they are active, you will need a tester: you can find these devices at varying prices on major e-commerce platforms, but do not be tempted by very low prices if you want a good device.
