Replacement of the Front Headlamp Bulb

Model: Volkswagen New Beetle MK 2, 9C - Years 1999-2012

Once the vehicle is raised on the ramp, remove the front wheel and proceed to dismantle the brake caliper after removing the protective caps from the fastening pins; then disconnect the wear sensor connector and remove the retaining spring of the pads before removing the caliper. Next, remove the caliper bracket and then the disc (you may need to tap it with a hammer to free it from the hub).
Clean the new disc of protective oil and install it on the hub, tightening the corresponding fastening pin. Then install the caliper bracket, insert the new pads, and then the caliper after retracting the piston using a C-clamp or a pair of pliers. Finally, attach the retaining spring of the pads, the wear sensor, and pay attention during the first braking.
