To repair the ceiling light of the Spacefox Suran Sportvan (but also of the Lupo and the Golf) you can proceed as follows: Remove the transparent part through which the light passes, and remove the two central screws that hold the ceiling light to the bodywork. Then, with a plastic spatula, carefully remove the ceiling light from its housing. Remove the clamps and now you can work on it. We see in the video that there are oxidized parts, some damaged parts and missing small screws. The youtuber remedied with silicone and epoxy glue, and polished the oxidized parts. Let's put the LED bulbs in the part that contains the light, let's do a test by connecting only the terminals. Works. We can then also mount the side bulbs and reassemble everything: fit the ceiling light, replace the screws and reposition the glass. The work is done.
