To replace the cabin filter on a Volkswagen Jetta, open the bonnet to access the plastic cover at the base of the windscreen. After removing the seal, unscrew the screw that secures the plastic panel on the passenger side and remove it completely. Under this panel, you will find the cabin filter, which must be pulled out of its housing and replaced with a new one. After replacement, reattach the panel at the base of the windscreen and its seal.
