First, turn the front wheels fully to access the plastic cover located in the front wheel arch; then remove this cover and extract the bulb holder along with the bulb. At this point, replace the bulb with a new one of the correct type, inserting it properly into the light unit; reassemble everything, also replacing the other front fog light bulb!
