In today's video, we will see how to replace the external rear-view mirror glass on the fifth generation Volkswagen Golf. First, carefully detach the glass from the housing, as you will need to remove the adhesive from the seat. Next, disconnect the power connector for the electric mechanism. Once this is done, you can release the actual housing and proceed to replace the part in question. Before reassembling, it is advisable to clean the inside of the part.
