Let's find out in this short guide how to remove and replace the headlight bulb of the Volkswagen Golf fifth series, following the instructions below. First of all we open the bonnet and start by removing the plastic protective cover of the bulbs; after which we disconnect the light's electrical connector and remove the bulb holder together with the bulb, as shown in the video. Now let's replace the bulb with the new one, of the right type (in this case the H7 type); connect it correctly to the lamp holder and finally put the plastic cover back on.
