This brief guide explains how to remove and replace the headlight bulb of the fifth generation Volkswagen Golf, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the plastic cover protecting the bulbs; then disconnect the electrical connector of the headlamp and remove the bulb holder along with the bulb, as shown in the video. Now, replace the old bulb with a new one of the correct type (H7 in this case); connect it properly to the bulb holder and finally replace the plastic cover.
