Replacement of Rear Shock Absorbers

Replacing the rear shock absorbers is much simpler than the front ones since the springs are not attached to the shock absorber itself but are connected to the rear axle. Lift the vehicle and remove the rear wheel; place a support under the axle and undo the mounting bolt of the shock absorber to the axle; then remove the mounting bolts of the upper support plate to the wing frame and extract the shock absorber. Proceed in reverse for the installation of the new shock absorbers, first securing the upper plate and then the lower bolt.
