How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System on the Volkswagen UP!

First, you need to know the correct tyre pressure for your Volkswagen UP!. You can find this on the inner side of the driver's door, where the recommended values are listed, both for just the driver and when fully loaded, with values expressed in bar, PSI, and kPa (kiloPascal), which are three universally accepted units of measurement. After checking the tyre pressures, to reset the warning light, turn on the ignition and press a button located inside the glove compartment (set). Hold it down until you hear a confirmation sound. At this point, after driving at different speeds over a sufficient distance, the system will automatically memorise the new data.
