How to replace the windscreen wiper motor on the Volkswagen Polo?

To replace the windscreen wiper motor on the Volkswagen Polo, first loosen the central nuts that secure the wiper arms so they can be completely removed. After removing the wiper arms, loosen the screws that secure the grille at the base of the windscreen, then detach the rivets to remove the additional panel underneath. You will now have access to the wiper motor, which must be removed from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure it to its mounts and disconnecting the power cables. After replacement, insert the new motor and reassemble all the other removed parts.
