First, position yourself in the driver's seat, then remove all the indicated screws and take off both the upper and lower covers of the steering column. Next, disconnect all the lower connectors, and using a chisel and a hammer, remove the two large upper rivets. At this point, you can separate the ignition cylinder from the support, position the replacement, and secure it using new bolts.
